Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with the adhesive backing intact for skins, as we cannot accept applied or damaged items.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address within 24-48 hours; please keep the package ready for our courier partner.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item immediately.
